for Walnut Park and Bookcliff Squire
The Grand Junction Housing Authority seeks to retain the services of an architect to develop a conceptual site plan and building designs for two different multi family projects: Walnut Park and Bookcliff Squire.
Walnut Park: GJHA intends to develop eight fully compliant ADA units at Walnut Park.
Bookcliff Squire: GJHA intends to develop the maximum allowable number of units per zoning for the Bookcliff Squire project. Currently there is a five unit apartment building which is of solid construction and would remain. The single family house would be demolished. The targeted population for the project is seniors.

Deadline for Submittals is 1:00 pm MST, Wednesday August 13, 2008
Responses and submittals are due and will be received no later than Wednesday August 13, 2008. Late submittals will not be accepted.
