• Secure Home: Security doors are installed on all building entries to keep out unauthorized persons. Tenants can admit visitors with the touch of a button located in each apartment. 
• Dedicated Staff: On-site management is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 24 hour emergency maintenance is available on an on call basis.

Ratekin Tower offers 11 fully accessible units, and volunteers conduct monthly blood pressure checks, annual flu shot clinics, and provide yearly tax preparation assistance.

Connect with like-minded individuals who share your interests and enjoy free entertainment provided by local artists. Additionally, Ratekin offers various support programs, including the Commodity Food Supplemental Program for eligible individuals and TEFAP (The Emergency Assistance Food Program) deliveries. You can also savor a hot and nutritious lunch served in the lobby every weekday at noon by Gray Gourmet, featuring a variety of entrees, along with coffee, milk, and dessert—all for a suggested donation of $3.50, though any amount is appreciated. 

Ratekin also serves as a Volunteer Station for the St. Mary's Senior Companion Program. Residents can partake in weekly bingo nights, potluck dinners, Friday game nights, and join the tenants' association, among other activities.
