Grand Junction Housing Authority (GJHA) has recently committed to the electric vehicle industry by giving its residents and visitors the ability to join the electric vehicle revolution. GJHA recently installed two dual port charging stations at the new 2814 Patterson apartment complex to encourage the use of electric vehicles by tenants and the general public. 2814 Patterson is the newest property developed by GJHA and includes 60 apartments on a fully developed site with outdoor amenities and 360-degree views of the mountain ranges surrounding Grand Junction. The ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations include cloud-based technology and will charge any model of electric vehicle on the market. The stations have a capacity for full charging for up to 4 electric vehicles at one time and allow the user to remotely monitor electrical usage as their vehicle is being recharged. 2814 Patterson is located in Grand Junction, Colorado west of the intersection of Patterson and 28 /14 roads

Currently all phone lines at our main office location on Foresight and some of our property management offices (The Highlands & 2814) are down due to a local outage with our phone provider. We are currently working to get our main incoming phone lines forwarded to other locations.
